Pesto Salmon

  • 2 lbs Salmon
  • 8 oz Pesto
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees
  2. Place the salmon in a greased baking sheet (skin side down). Spread the pesto across the salmon evenly and sprinkle with parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
  3. Once oven preheats, bake for 12-15 minutes until salmon reaches internal temperature of 145 degrees.
