Is this appropriate for high school athletes?

Absolutely. Many high school athletes benefit from structured, performance-focused nutrition support. This is true especially during periods of growth, increased training volume, and competitive seasons.

Coaching is tailored to the athlete’s age, sport, schedule, and development stage, with an emphasis on education, confidence, and sustainable habits. Parents are welcome to be involved every step of the way.
